Mom received these beautiful flowers from her sons on Mother's Day. Thanks Ryan and Trevon. 
As you can see, we've started the taping and bedding in the attic.
I'm seeing a pretty nice playroom for young grandchildren and hangout place for teenage grandchildren. 
Can you envision this with Pergo flooring, a few rugs, some beanbag chairs, a TV with a Sega (or whatever)? Taylor and Jess, this is as much for you as it is for Avery and Charlie.

Also note the great red chair that we got. We bought 2 of these mechanics stools that roll around. It has made working in the attic so much easier. In fact Dad says it is downright easy compared to crawling or standing with your head cocked to the side. They were our anniversary gift to each other. Mom
I can already envision the room full of colorful toys and smiling kids!
